How soon after signup will my account be up and running?
In most cases, your account will be activated within 24 hours. Your custom web site will, in most cases, be built within four business days.
How much is RealAdmin going to cost me?
The Personal Edition is $65 per month (plus a one-time, $300 setup fee). This includes hosting, email, and access to the RealAdmin interface. You can use your existing domain name, or a new one.
The cost of the Corporate Edition will vary depending on the size and requirements of your company; please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
Why should I pay a monthly fee rather than a one-time design fee?
In most cases, companies offering a web site for a one-time design fee do not include the hosting of your site and your email, and it is costly to make changes to your site. We package the design and hosting together.
And remember, RealAdmin does not just give you a web site. It also gives you a suite of tools to make your life as a real estate professional easier.
What if my company does not want to purchase your Corporate Edition?
In that case, you will still have access to most of the Corporate Edition's functionality, meaning you can communicate with each other and share each other's listings via RealAdmin. However, you cannot share listings from agents in your company that have not signed up for the RealAdmin service.
